Is the farm supplied as a fixed equipment kit?
No. The equipment scope is formed after calculation: tanks, filtration, pumps, oxygen, automation, pipelines and hatchery or auxiliary zones when required.
Can several farm formats be compared?
Yes. At the feasibility stage, RAS, flow-through and semi-recirculation options can be compared by water demand, investment, operational complexity and expected output.
How much does a fish farm setup cost?
The fish farm setup cost depends on the format: Start (10-20 t/year) - RAS equipment from $90k-$160k and turnkey incl. construction from $340k-$540k; Business (50-100 t/year) - from $320k-$560k and from $1M-$1.9M; Industrial (200 t/year) - from $1M and $2.8M. The RAS system price is about a third of the turnkey budget, the rest is the building, utilities and installation.
Do you sell a recirculating aquaculture system without construction?
Yes. A recirculating aquaculture system for sale as an equipment set is possible when the client already has a suitable building: we design the system, supply and install the equipment and commission the farm; construction works are done by the client or a local contractor under our supervision.
