We produce and supply technological equipment for RAS fish farms. The actual contents of the delivery depend on the configuration and are agreed upon individually for the object. If necessary, we undertake installation, installation supervision, commissioning and start-up.
RAS equipment supply and installation helps fix the technical logic of a fish farm before major spending on construction or equipment. It reduces redesign risk and gives a clear implementation path. Everything from “Optimum” plus automatic monitoring of water parameters, pH control, and ozone in some installations.

What should the customer prepare for installation?
Prepare a building or room to house the equipment.
Carry out construction or renovation of the premises, finishing, partitions, floors, ceilings, walls, doors and windows - according to the technical specifications.
Provide communications: water, electricity, sewerage and heating.
Arrange internal engineering systems: water supply, sewerage, heating, ventilation, electrical and lighting - according to the technical specifications.
Manufacture metal structures: podiums for swimming pools, stands for drum filters, external frames of rectangular containers - according to the drawings.

Two formats of work
Installation
A team of an engineer and 2–5 installers assembles, installs and commissions the line before filling the reagents into the biofilter. The cost of installation is fixed in a separate contract.
Supervised installation
The engineer supervises the customer’s team, checks compliance with the project, accepts the stages and performs the final start-up of the equipment. The engineer's payment is daily.

Shipment and delivery
The customer provides his own transport and accepts the equipment at the warehouse.
Delivery by a transport company, the customer pays for transportation according to its tariff.
Launching a biofilter and stocking with fish
Before the biofilter is launched, stocking the plant with fish is not allowed.
To start the biofilter you need reagents and startup instructions.
Launching a biofilter can take from 1 to 3 months.
It is better to negotiate with suppliers of fry and feed in advance, focusing on the actual launch.
Terms and warrantyEquipment production time is from 2 to 6 months depending on the size of the installation. The warranty on technological equipment is from 1 to 3 years.
